Tandoori Mix
Ground Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Turmeric, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, salt, red colour powder
Directions: Marinade 2 chicken legs with 4 large crushed cloves of garlic, 2cm grated ginger and 3 chopped green chillies, ½ lemon and salt to taste for 1-2 hours. Add 2 tbsp of tandoori mix to 2 tbsp of yogurt, 2tbsp tomato puree, 1tsp mustard oil and mix well . Marinade over night and then cook on the bbq or oven.
